各位同学：
为营造浓厚的校园文化氛围，引领同学们深入了解中国传统文化，提高同学们的汉语水平。根据山东省教育厅等相关安排，现举办2023年中华经典诵读大赛，有关事项通知如下：
一、大赛主题与宗旨
大赛主题为“书香新时代，‘典’亮新征程”。大赛以诠释中华优秀文化内涵、彰显中华语言文化魅力为目标，旨在提升广大青少年的语言文字应用能力和语言文化素养，激发其对中华经典的热爱，传播弘扬齐鲁文化、黄河文化等中华优秀文化。
二、参赛对象与组别
全体在校留学生。参赛组别为留学生组。可个人参赛，也可2人（含）以上组成团队参赛。团队参赛过程中人员不得替换、增加。
三、参赛作品格式
（一）内容要求
围绕齐鲁文化、黄河文化等中华优秀文化，具有社会影响力和典范价值的的经典诗词、文章和优秀图书内容节选。当代作品应已正式出版或由主流媒体公开发布或发表。
诵读文本主体前后可根据需要增加总计不超过200 字的过渡语。改编、网络以及自创文本不在征集之列。
（二）形式要求
参赛作品要求为2023年新录制创作的视频，高清1920*1080横屏拍摄，格式为MP4，长度为3—6分钟，大小不超过700MB，图像、声音清晰，不抖动、无噪音。视频作品必须同期录音，不得后期配音。
报名时，同时提交中文版Word版完整诵读文本内容、参赛作品亮点等。
视频中不得使用未经肖像权人同意的肖像，不得使用未经授权的图片、视频和音频，不得出现与诵读大赛无关的条幅、角标等。
（三）其他要求
参赛形式为背诵，作品可借助音乐、服装、吟诵等手段融合展现诵读内容。鼓励以团队形式诵读。每人最多可参与个人和团队诵读作品各1个。每个作品指导教师不超过2人，正确、规范填写参赛者姓名、作品名称、所在单位或学校等信息。作品提交成功后，相关信息不得更改。
四、注意事项
请各参赛项目严格按照通知格式，制作参赛视频，准确填写《中华经典诵读大赛报名信息汇总表》（附件1），并于6月6日前将视频和汇总表报送周老师。

The Notice of Holding the 2023 Chinese Classics Reading Competition
Dear students,
In order to create a dense campus cultural atmosphere, guide students to deeply understand traditional Chinese culture and improve your Chinese proficiency, according to relevant arrangements made by the Education Department of Shandong Province, the 2023 Chinese Classics Reading Competition is currently being held. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. Theme and Purpose of the Competition
The theme of the competition is A New Era of Book Fragrance, A New Journey of 'Classic' Brightness. The competition aims to interpret the excellent cultural connotations of China and showcase the charm of Chinese language and culture and enhance the language and cultural literacy of young people, stimulate your enthusiasm for Chinese classics, and promote excellent Chinese cultures such as Qilu culture, Yellow River culture.
2. Participants and Group
All international students from our school are eligible to participate. The participating group is the International Student Group. You can participate individually or as a team of two or more people. During team participation, team members are not allowed to be replaced or added.
3. Format of Work
（1）Content requirements
Please choose classic poems, articles, and excerpts of excellent book content that revolve around excellent Chinese cultures such as Qilu culture and Yellow River culture and have social influence and exemplary value as your entry text. Contemporary works should have been officially published or publicly released or published by mainstream media.
Participants can add a total of no more than 200 words of transitional text as needed before and after reciting the main text. Adapted, online, and self created texts are not included in the collection.
（2） Form requirements
The required work for the competition is video newly recorded and created in 2023, shot in high-definition 1920 * 1080 horizontal screen, in MP4 format, with a duration of 3-6 minutes and a size not exceeding 700MB. The images and sounds are clear, without shaking or noise. Video works must be recorded simultaneously and later dubbing is not allowed.
When registering, please also submit the complete text and highlights of the work in the Chinese with Word format.
Portraits without the consent of the portrait owner shall not be used in the video, unauthorized images, videos, and audio shall not be used, and banners, corner markers which unrelated to the recitation competition shall not appear.
（3） Other requirements
The competition takes the form of recitation, and the work can be integrated and presented with recitation content through music, clothing, recitation, and other means. We encourage team participation. Each person can participate in a maximum of one individual and one team recitation of their work. Each work should be supervised by no more than 2 teachers, and information such as the name of the contestant, the name of the work, and the employer or school should be filled in correctly and normatively. After the submission of the work is successful, the relevant information cannot be changed.
4. Precautions
Please strictly follow the notification format for each participating project, create a competition video, accurately fill out the Summary Form of Registration Information for the Chinese Classic Reading Competition (Attachment 1), and submit the video and summary form to Zhou laoshi before June 6th.
